Watching the space shuttle fly its death spiral around Manhattan last week only reminded me of the bright, shining future that is now dimming and dying along with it.
But I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. After all, if government is supposed to be run like a business, it’s now just a business that lacks (non-military) innovation. And if a business doesn’t innovate, it dies. Along with it’s investors.
We will only ever see as far as the few of us that dare to look the farthest.
